Default signal solder question

I soldered the signal wire to the bottom left of the fet last night and it appears that i bridged over to the resistor with solder as well. Will that hurt anything. It looks like the trace connects that bottom left leg of the fet with the left side of the resistor anyway.

I had similar startup issues with the mild kit, upped the startup power and all seems good now.

Very nicely put together kit by the way Dylan.

Just got a Nano from NC Craig. He went the extra mile! Bought a new heli from his LHS, did a mild setup and I was flying in 3 days from the order! First class job on a turnkey basis. Talk about customer service. He said he would consider doing it again-send him a PM!

Seems to work better if you skip normal mode, and go straight to idle up / stunt mode. Can be a bit finicky go get it to spool up in normal mode - you gotta give very little throttle to begin with, then increase. I've now set a flat throttle curve for both normal and idle up on my DX6i radio = 2x idle up curves. Spool up takes a while, but it's worth it

I had the same problems as you guys in this tread, on mine it was a loose solder for one of the motor wires. But as mentioned you could have contact problems on the motor side...
