Ok Finally, got to maiden her and do a test hover...

Originally I had the tail in rate mode with the BeastX which was causing a violent kick on the ground before launch. I have now switched to HH mode with a gain of 60 still has a little tail wag

Is a gain of 60 a good starting point for gain?

Ok I have 4 packs of hovering through her and starting to get the tail where I want it..

- Running Gens Ace 2500 packs which are light, had to push the battery all the way forward and then it hovered very smooth and stable

For the tail..

- I kept pot 3 on the beast X at the default setting, have gain set at 65%.
Tail holds ok on pitch pumps, I am hoping for better, very responsive and not getting any bounce but it does seem to make a loud flutter on hard left rudder

I may need to keep playing with tail settings
