Thanks Bugster , nice tidy forum! One benifit of the clean up i didnt think about is theres more room now for "current" threads on the first page, dont know about you guy's but i tend to not scroll through page after page but on busy days the top thread can very quickly find them selfs on the 2nd page before adequate or required responses had been made, nice one

I had made the suggestion to Bugster about a sticky on the DX6i as i think it would be very usefull here as alot of use it or its big brother DX7, and expressed my willingness to compile the usefull info for it i haven't recived any thoughts one way or the other but opening it to every one,

Do you guy's want a sticky on the DX6i ???

Alex.

Hi lex, sorry I must have missed your suggestion about Spektrum. You know that must be the second mistake I've made since the war

Seriously I'm very happy to make it a sticky if it's by popular request. I think we should also include a link to the excellent forum dedicated to JR and Spektrum on HF,

https://www.helifreak.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33

but there's no doubt more specific posts about Belt CP Spektrumisation (is that a word?) would be particularly useful here. Please let us know what you think everyone

Default beelt upgrade

Hade bad crash with my e-sky belt cp v2 lot of head damage, so I thought this would be a good time for a CNC head/tail
upgrade. All of the cnc upgrades I see say it’s for a belt cp not the v2, will a cp v1 upgrade work on the cp v2?.
Also most of the good deals are cnc head/tail kits, being new I don’t know how to assemble the cnc kits is there
any information on how you do this?.
Thank toy for any help

Have to say that most of us here went from the pESKY plastic head to a TREX form of metal head, as the ESKY purple CNC is quite frankly rubbish. There are options to, such as a CopterX head or a more expensive Trex 450v2 head. These latter heads are more accurate and give better flying/control characteristics; you would not regret the upgrade.

Default upgrade

Had a bad crash with my Esky belt cp v2 needs new head/tail assembly Etc… I want to upgrade to cnc parts.
I was thinking, all of my electronics work fine rx. Servo, esc. Motor, gyro, Etc. if I could buy a barebones
heli and transfer all the electronics to it might be a better way to go than buying cnc head/tail assemblies,
Like a barebones belt cp v2 carbon edition? What do you think and were can I get something like that? I only
have the Esky stock 2.4G radio is this ok or do I need a programmable one to adjust a cnc head?
Thank’s Bill

Hello, I'm afraid you'll have to write that in English to get some more respons.
Allow me to respond in english (my Spanish is a little weak, lol) and freely translate your question:
"Could you show me some vids of how to totally assemble the tail driven gear on a Belt CP ?"
Well, there have been some posts about it lately, look here:
https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=167396
and at the bottom of this page
https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...=79626&page=59
Look also around in these stickies, there might be some info here, especially the manual of the Belt of course. I don't know about any specific vids about this.

The videos have helped a ton, new to the Belt CP, going through some growing pains, started on a Falcon 40, and moved up. Waiting on a new main gear, the idle up switch is quite a surprise, wish I had reviewed this link before I pulled it out of the box! So will change the main gear, set up the blades and press on. Thanks again for the help. Also, which blade would be a good choice for a relative beginner?
