Items not shipping?

Ordered parts on 2/13, paid for two day shipping, items were JUST picked up by fedex today. Waiting for someone to respond to my ticket. Shipping should be refunded at bare minimum.

Someone at HD care to help out?

HD did indeed refund the shipping $$. So other than waiting for a few extra days, they did make it right. Kudos for that.

How vendors handle their problems is what sets them apart from others. HeliDirect handles problems promptly and how they would want to be treated themselves if they were the customer. Sorry for the delay but as always, they made it right.

Have the same issue, I ordereda set of RJX Servos for 349 USD and they showed up in stock during order! About 5 Minutes ago they are still in stock.

But i got that message:

The following items [1x EDN-1257-4CB] will be back ordered due to insufficient stock. We sincerely apologize for this back order, but please know that the listed back ordered item(s) will ship out with no additional shipping charge once these item(s) are in stock.

Why are they lying to people!
Contacted Sales and Customer support paid for rushed shipment as well.

They might should change there Name to "Heli in direct".
To find out that the items are not in stock took 2 days!

Cant recommend as of know, see what sales and customer supprt are responding.

Pepe - this is Larry @ HeliDirect, and I am truly sorry for any issues with your order, as the situation with the combo servos is more complex than it looks, as it involves multiple products in need of being in stock at once to be available. I can assure you that we are not trying to mis-lead anyone with such an issue, and I apologize for any confusion regarding this matter.
