blade 400 - Aluminum Blade Grips Upgrade Questions - Help - Eflh1417a - MH-B4002BGB

ok hello all
I had a main rotor blade crash/hit and found my feather shaft bent. took it all apart and left it while new one was on order well some how my kids managed to start playing with things and lost even more parts ie: missing: (8) shims eflh-1144 * (2) O-rings elfh-1158 * (1) thrust bearing elfh-1420 / bhl1620 * (2) step washers eflh-1473 which I found to cost about $25 total to replace so I was thinking of maybe replacing with aluminum grips eflh-1417a mh-b4002bgb since they run about the same give or take a dollar or two the eflh-1417a is 32.99 and the mh-4002bgb is 22.99

but questions are

1. is the mh-4002bgb compatible with the blade 400 ??
2 will the mh-4002bgb work with the blade 400 stock plastic head??
3: the mh-4002bgb says it comes with bearings installed but does it have or use the stock thrust bearings,
4: using the the mh-4002bgb I will still need to replace the:
A. (2) o-rings? y/n (yes im sure)
B. (8) shims 4 per side? y/n (yes maybe)
C. (2) step washers? y/n (yes maybe)
D. (2) thrust bearings? y/n (not sure does it need em? bc it says bearings are pre-installed)
5. what is needed or excluded to install the aluminum grips compared to the stock plastic?

clay, don't have a answer to your question but have used the "400 BIBLE" sticky above to answer most of 400 questions over time. I use a EXI head on mine for the last 7 years.
