The newer gaui 20t owb have the vxb bearings installed
that's what im using, but I have a spare too
its been holding up great
over 100 flights

Can anyone tell me how to get the gear off the one way bearing so i can place it on my new vxb one way bearing when it arrives??? Thxs

I used a vise and 2 different size 1\4" drive sockets,one the size of the bearing and the other just large enough to go against the gear and push the old bearing through. Make sue to use some lock tite when installing the new bearing into the gear.

Should I use lock tite or better drop of CA? If lock tite - is medium good enough?

Um its a press fit, I didn't use loc tite
it just scrapes it out on the way in

Ok,
have to clear something up

The owb I had was defective, and did press fit
I installed a new one and it was a slip fit, red loctite was required

And the owb was not was fault it was the radial bearing under it
it moved up, causing the failure
that was one, but I have had more owb failures
trying to find the cause of my owb failures, no luck yet
