Default Mezon Max Bat. Capacity

I have my alarm set so that I come down with 20% remaining which usually ends up being about 3.75v per cell. With my 3700 packs, I have my alarm set to 2500 mAh. Then, I have my cutoff set to 3100. I fly 3700 and 4000 packs, so to get the same result with the 4000's I fly them until 3000. The buffer I have set is obviously less on the 4000's since I fly them up to 3000 and the cutoff is 3100... But that's my choice and I've not had any issues with it. I know when I get to 3000 and I just make sure I land before I ever get t cutoff. Either way, the cutoff threshold I have set protects even my 3700 packs and is sufficient enough for me for the 4000's.

Bottom line - it's a nice feature to have so that I don't run the cell voltages too low, and because the mAh telemetry is basically like a fuel gauge which is extremely precise and effective. I never land and do a cell check wishing I woulda flown that last 30 seconds off like I used to. No more timers needed. I just fly it, wait for the alarm, and land when I know I am at my personal minimums.

Hey Belcom, did you get a chance to try this out? I am trying to achieve the same thing and wondered if it worked out. Really just want some soft slow down at 20% battery capacity, just as long as it gives enough time to get it back on the ground before it cuts out.
Thanks.

I have tested this and it works great. Just keep in mind if you don't have an alert or alarm setup by way if Profi or DS/DC-16, then you may not be expecting when the cutoff occurs. If it happens while you are doing a high load maneuver you might have your hands full. Best to have a means of being alerted, which works great!
