CopterX CX-3X200 Gyro crazy wobble.

My gyro in a 250 does this thing where I take off, get about a foot in the air, and progressively wobble worse and worse sometimes hitting about 30 degrees in all directions within a few seconds. (I do this over a trampoline so I can put it down with no damage)

Vibration? No. This thing runs like a Rolls Royce compared to all others.
Pot sensitivity? Maybe? I can turn them and affect it more, but not sure what is up.
Servos? My servos are analog. Same as other 250 which is fine.

Only other difference is my old 250 has a 3x100.

I am stumped. Is the sweet spot going to be that slim on the pots for cyclic?

Do you have the latest downloadable software for this gyro 2.4 I think.I was told it addresses the sensitivity issue with this gyro(it's very sensitive compared to previous copter x gyros)

I think you mean the 3x2000 not the 3x200?
