Default 3D Plus clutch liner

Just getting around to starting the rebuild of my 3D Plus
after my dumb thumb disaster several weeks back. So I go to start re-lining the clutch bell, pull my brand new Compass liner out of the bag, flex it a rediculously small amount...and it snaps...

Dried out? These heli clutches are new to me, is that a common thing with liners? Is it a Compass thing, any one else experience this? Perhaps I just received a bad one.

I can get a T-Rex 600 or 700 liner at my LHS, will one of those fit the 3D Plus clutch bell?

It's getting damn cold here fast! Not much if any real flying time left in the season...

I had an extra one laying around and did the same exact thing while it was still in the package. Just wanted to bend it a little to see how flexible it is. Snapped real quick

Same problem with the Compass clutch bell liners. I use either Raptor or Align clutch liners, whatever is in stock at the LHS.
