To summarize it again: as picture book

Main message is: The BEC is not to blame!

As promised: Linus just made a 1st special firmware for the UG which turns UG's functionality into a cross of battery and UG
To be tested. The question is: when to turn back to UG's normal function?

Nevertheless, all this is somehow a crutch: We buffering voltage drops away instead of eliminating the causes.
At the same time we undermine ourselves and our product portfolio: Our Micro Power Bus would be part of the solution, if one assumes that the problem is not generally solvable: The current hunger of today's servos stands in opposition to the contact resistance of servo connectors.

I have the firmware and will try this out later on when I get home from work.

Sounds very very promising.

I will still use the BEC guards on the Master and Slave outputs and will also remove the extension cables on my Kosmik to V Bar wiring regardless.

Okay. Now the fine tuning on the UG firmware and perhaps this will be the new standard, a cross of (not "dumb") battery and the well-known UG functionality.

Saving money (not ours ): You can solder both, master and slave, together, - together to one servo plug or directly to ONE BG. One BG is enough.
Ok.., two BGs halve the resistance. Unfortunately K has servo connectors at their ESCs.
