Gorn, how are you finding the stock esc? I just swapped mine out for the kontronic koby 55. Huge improvement. The governor section on the kontronic is so precise b

Looks like the price of the new Hirobo Embla with ESC and Motor came down. At MRC it was listed for $419.99 when it first debuted back late November, now it's $379.99. At Heliproz.com the price is $345.99. and is drop shipped from MRC.

For those who are planning to buy this kit for Christmas or their next pruchase, get it now. I got mine for $369 and I thought that was a deal. This new price is not a deal....IT'S A STEAL!!! So get it while it's Hot!

Stock esc works just fine, though I never did try the gov mode.
My personal Embla that Im building now, has YGE 40a esc, Scorpion 2000kv motor, and 6s 1300 35c Thunder Power Lipo.
All electronics are Futaba.
FBL kit.

I have been lazy in building mine, have been having a bit of a break from helis, to get some inspriation back again.

Im hoping to have my little monster ready for next weekend
