Default Thank you Sebastian and Kelly

You guys went way above and beyond at IRCHA going over, fixing and updating my 7HV. It flies so well now. I truly appreciate what you did. And then to have the guy who designed the model be my spotter on the test flight was pretty amazing as well.

The amount of time you spent on it was great and true customer service.

Thank you

Can you give some information on what was done exactly?

What wasn't done? Re linked it. I had a small crack in the delrin tube so they replaced it. Set up and fixed the tail that was having issues. Set the belt tension. Tuned it in the Ikon software. Helped me fine tune the tail in a test flight. Went over it from stem to stern, including cleaning and re-lubing it. They also explained lots of tips and tricks along the way for setup. I had to buy a couple of replacement items at Experience next door, but it all worked out well. It was like having a pit crew working on it.

It's like it's a new heli. They had some other suggestions on upgrades and a couple of parts to replace that were pretty used and they didn't have at Experience. I bought it used and it was in a lot rougher shape than I thought it was. I'll probably upgrade to the v2 main gear and Chronos style delrin tubes this winter or after a crash. The v2 main gear was Sebastian's main advice to upgrade.

I will say that I was a bit embarrassed at the stuff they fixed. I had a hard landing and didn't catch the delrin tube crack or the tail boom being slightly bent. It had an Align tail on it that I was assured by the seller worked well. It didn't. They put the Compass tail back on it that I had in my spares.
