Will A DX6I Run a Fury 55 using a V-Bar Gov

Hey guys i just purchased a fury 55 fb I am converting to Fbl i have a full size v-bar Due to budget restrictions I can not afford a 7 or 8 channel radio if i use the gov in the pro version can i get away with using a dX6I to start.

To use the governor function in the vbar you will need to asign a channel to the gov which will be an aux channel or yeah a 7th channel. You can use a 6 channel radio , just have to use throttle curves. Aslong as youre not a stick banger and beatn on the heli you should be fine for sport flyn and a bit of 3D.

Yes you can fly just about any helicopter with that radio. You just wont be able to use a gov or anything else that requires a extra channel. I just have to ask why. You have a really nice helicopter, why not a nice radio. Helicopters get hammed in to the ground, they have to be fixed and maybe junked. Radios dont crash, you dont have to upgrade a radio, they last and last.

It's smarter to buy a really good radio and fly align helicopters then to buy a really nice helicopter and use a basic radio.
