Trex700 Build videos!

Is there anyway to tell if one of the my torque tube bearing rubbers has come off without beeing able to see it? AKA how will it feel?

So I just finished my build and I am going though the finless set-up of the head, and electronics. Per Bob's suggestions on setting up the swash mix so the washout block almost touches the head block the swash mix comes out to 38% is this right? All the links were pretty long when built per the manual so they need to be tightened to get the head right. Please keep in mind I went through the head at mid stick and all the linkage are straight ie washout arms seesaw arms and blade grip arms. Thanks in advance for any help.

What sort of pitch are you getting mrdeadair, i seem to be having the same sort of issue, everything set up perfect as per bobs instructions but in swash mix my pitch setting is at max 40% and at this i only get + and - about 8 degres with 0 pitch at centre stick :-(

hey can someone tell me the differance between this t-rex 700 kit model KX018003A and KX018003 with out the A cause they look to be the same package KX018003A is the ones i see if i order from china and in the states i don't see ne1 selling the KX018003 one

Thanks for your videos bob! Your videos were extremely helpful when I built my electrict 600 some time ago.

Now I have ordered a 700LE! Do you (or anyone else) know if there are significant differences from the standard 700 when it comes to building? Is there anything particular I should be aware of when watching the 700 build videos?

Afaik there are no differences apart from the aluminium parts have no black coating, which looks pretty cool btw .
And the alu tailgrips are the upgraded alu parts instead of the standard plastic grips.
So Bob's very helpfull videos are still spot-on IMO.

Thanks Bob for yet another great video! have used your videos to build the 500,600 and now this one. Maybe you can clear up a question I have - included in the 700N was the G600 governer and the 2in1 regulator/onboard glow but I am using the DX7 with the AR7100R receiver and running the OS 91-HZ-PS motor. Now this receiver already has voltage regulation but no onboard glow and the receiver also has a governer built in but the sensor does not fit the motor properly because of the pump.
The question is should I maybe change my receiver to maybe a AR7000 and use all the align equipment or do away with the align and use the AR7100R capabilities????

You sure the spektrum backplate sensor doesn't fit this motor? Can you install it between the pump mounting plate and the backplate? Washers would be used as shims under the other 2 arms of the pump mounting plate to keep it level.

I just bought this motor for my 700 (building) and hope i can use the backplate sensor.

Yes it will fit under and around the pump. Go into the T700 forum (I think it was also posted in the Aurora forum too) as there were many posts showing pictures on how to do it.

I must say your videos helped me allot through my Trex 500,600E & 700(E-coverted) builds!!
I did wanted to ask one thing: is there a seup video to the GY611 Gyro?? I can't seem to find any..

Yes I did one for the Trex 600 Electric. Look in my forum at the post Heli Skills and Setup. You will see it listed under gyros.

I have the magnets (governor sensors) the destructions do not have how to secure the magnets to the cluch bell, and you did not say how to secure the magnets in your video.
