Yeah I think I need to add some expo in the tail, I haven't added any as I like to get a feel for a new heli/ fbl unit before using it. I don't use cyclic expo in any of my helis but I use tail expo in all of them, my left hand just isn't as tuned as my right hand and I seem to give some unintended tail inputs when working the collective. No amount of real or sim practice has been able to cure that. The 150x fbl feels well tuned, despite the bs in the beginning this might be the perfect heli for my front yard. I do look forward to the morning to get some better flights in.

On expert setting I have cyclic rate maxed and it still seems too slow, tail rate down to 45. 20 expo in the tail and 10 in cyclic. Probably the metal gear servos aren't helping the cyclic speed. I should go back to plastic gears and do the servo saver, reason I didn't is because the o rings contact the frame in the front and right servo case in the rear. I may just have to break out the file.
I have't really messed with the advanced settings other than increase the cyclic gain a bit bcause I'm using low headspeed and in a tight space. I did 5 slow flights in the driveway at low headspeed, it's flying well other than cyclic feels too slow.

Congratulations for getting your 150X up again.

FYI. I never put O rings on my 150 and 150X servo savers and they seem to work fine. I just had to be very careful not to over-tighten the screw for the servo horn, otherwise it becomes too loose and will slip easily.
