Default 3D Plus, Washout Link Cracked!!

Was about to fly my third tank this morning when I suddenly noticed that the top part of one of the washout links was cracked. That was the end of flying today. I see they're available in pairs so both will be replaced.

Does the 3D Plus suffer from anything else cracking? To be fair the 3D Plus I've got was probably one of the first to arrive in the UK so it's getting on a bit now.

As far as I know, no. It's a really robust ship overall. I've had mine for a while and the only thing I've started to wear out on it is the frames where the skids attach (carbon is getting a little thin from the vibrations).

No worries!

I've fitted the new links now and gave the whole heli a check over. Found a couple of bolts starting to loosen a little so I removed them for cleaning and fresh threadlock.
