Default break away servo arms?

Does anyone use the breakaway servo arms from anythingheli? They look like just the thing to appease the Warp's appetite for eating servo gears.

The problem is they're a bit short. The farthest hole is at 13mm but the Warp's manual calls for 15mm arms. Is 2mm going to make much difference?

I don't personally use the break-away arms however I think you will find a few fitted on Warps in the Pics Thread.
I'm pretty sure these were discussed recently on this Forum with mixed opinion however in general appear that they do as advertised yet still manage to hold together in hard 3D flight
I do plan on giving them a try the next time I have one of my Warps apart.

Hello,

I use breakable arms like theses :

They are shorter so it's a bit tricky to have the good cyclic geometry but it works for me. Please keep in mind I am not a hard 3D pilot :p

Yesterday i had my first crash with my Warp.
Was not hard and is the ground had been half a meter further down i would have saved it but it was not.
Anyway it hit sideways forward and on cyclic servohorn snapped streigh off.
No dammage to any servos but the stock KST 215 horn snapped.
Only dammage to the heli was servo horn, tail hub and blades.
Not even a scratch on the canopy.
I dont know how others experience with KST horn is ore if they snapp everytime in a crash.

I have to take back the statement about the servos holding.
On closer inspection bought servos where the horn did not break had dammaged servo gears and did feal like a notch in it when turning it by hand so i have swapped gears in those two servos now.
One front servo and the rear one.
And when people say Warp is finiky to work on, they dont lie.
