Default Why is my Warp throwing out the rear servo screw?

My Warp is throwing the rear servo screw and it have done it twice.
The frirst time i thought i had forgot threadlock so the next screw was threadlocked in place.
Today after flying at the feald the rear swash servo screw that i have loctited in place was gone again so now i put in a longer screw and use a good blob of loctite on the threads to be shure these thing is holding there.
On thing i discovered is the threads feal relativly loose compared to other threaded holes with teh same screw type but the threadlock should hold the crew in anyway.
No of these incidents have coused a crash yet but have others discovered the same befor?

The servos i use is KST 215MG.

Hi! Try to remove oil from the thread in the servo and from the screw before applying loctite. Use a thin toothpick and a small piece of toilet paper soacked in alcohol or solvent. Be careful so no paper left in the hole. Loctite doesn't hold in the presence of oil. And most of the times manufacturer doesn't bother to remove the oil that is left from the tapping the thread from the holes.

Im using Loctite 243 that is suppose to hold even with oil precent but i did clean out the threads with alcohol befor threadlocking it in place.
I suspect it is a combination of vibration from the motor and sloppy threads in the servo in combination with sideways loads on the rear servo horn as it is part of the swash antirotation bracket.
Look like i have to check on that screw often.

My loctite have passed its expiering date long time ago but the same loctite holds the spindle bolts and everything else of bought my helis without issues.
I even buildt a quad a few weeks ago and there to it holds well.
Yesterday i pulled out the servo screw i loctited with exessive amount the day befor and it was sitting like it should do.
Maybe i have to use more where the hreads are sloppy as i normally use weary litle of it.
