Default My new UFLYS.

Just picked up a walkera UFLYS from Wowhobbies today. It's the upgraded version with better motor and 3 cell battery. Tested it at the shop and everything looked good. I'm charging the batteries right now and can't wait to try it tomorrow morning. Got a new wk2801 controller with it. Wallet feels kinda light now. Paid $349 plus tax for the heli and controller. Any one got tips or suggestion before I take my first flight with it? Any advice will be really appreciated.

Don't know what flying experience you have. It's a fixed pitch so it's not that difficult to fly (more like intemediate)
If you haven't flown at all, look at the beginner's section.
As far as your wallet feeling alittle light... just breath... it'll all be ok!

Had a chance to hover my new UFLYS this morning. First impression, very stable. It has a 90 degree fly bar so needs more input from the controller to make it stable. I have a CB180Z and that thing is so easy to hover. This UFLYS came with an upgraded motor so it requires 3 cell battery. It was pain installing the canopy with a 3 cell battery in it. It is super super super tight. I even had to cut a portion of the canopy to make it fit. But it's still tight. I have a Blade SR and UFLYS is about an inch longer. Not sure if I want to keep my Blade SR now. What do you guys think? Get rid of it?
