Default Blades for TDR 2?

What is everyone going to use for blades for the TDR 2? Does anyone know what Jan recommends?

That depends what you want to use it for. If you intend to do speed flying then Xblades 713 seem to be the standard these days.

As for me I intend to set it up as a 3D heli. I have a set of Rail 716, but I am also eager to try the XBlades non-speed version. I have a set coming for my Diabolo 550 so if I like them I might get a set for the TDR 2 as well.

You can use almost anything for mainblades up to 800mm. Tail blades will be interesting though, the tail blade grips are shorter so longer blades will be needed 105s might not cut it for general flight 115s might be better. There is a lot of info on the German forums.

I think it's like any other heli and what you like.
In the smack vid with mr. Triggerfinger, they used Spin Blades Blackbelt 685 mm of length. I think I will try them, and also try Ms Composit Rapid 710 mm - 730mm. I don't fly speed, only try 3D😉

My normal selection of Radix V2, Rail and for speed I have some Xblades waiting. Will get a set of Rail 806 blades just for fun low headspeed stuff.

As I intend to use the TDRII for speed, I'll be running X713's on mine too
