Slow down. Slow the sim down. Also, use a micro helicopter, move the helicopter like you want to fly it, look at it, and figure out how to fly the move. Then start working on it on the sim step by step.
Give it enough practice(a lot!) and you should be able to do it eventually IRL. Then you can start finetuning. This is basically how I approach all moves I can't figure out. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

One way you could go about it is first, like they said, slow it down and then:
1 Start tail in and do a half flip to inverted, then a half flip the other way back to upright, working on getting the flip precisely on track, consistent and following the same path every time 2 From an upright hover, yaw the heli 30* in either direction and repeat step 1 BUT keep the SAME flip path as before, which means you will need the cyclic to move slanted 30* off the detent. Work on precision and consistency. 3 Same as before, yaw another 30* and repeat. Then repeat for all 12 orientations. This is to work on cyclic alone, to work on precise cyclic with absolute no worries about collective other than to maintain that hover after each half flip. Gradually drag out the flip into a rainbow doing the same above steps, this time paying more attention to collective as the cyclic should by now be more 2nd nature. Last, tighten up the rainbow to a tic toc. No guaranties but it is one approach that leaves you to worry about as few controls as possible while sharpening one at the time. It might work for you.
