Hi Dave and welcome to the forum

And please feel free to ask any question you like here as there's no such thing as a dumb question - just the odd dumb answer

Sounds like you were flying helis when Adam was a lad so please tell us about those good old days before gyros (frightens the life out of me just imagining it )

Micro Mold Lark sounds a bit like a party game

hi my names Steven just got a Honeybee FP , thought I would do a intro,
been into rc's for a while but just got the bug to fly, Ive been told the honeybee isnt the best for beginers but I thought I would give it a chance,
think the first thing Im going to do is the king2 skid mod (upgrade) the stock skids are a bit dainty, thought the upgrade would be good

anyway thats me hope to learn alot as I progress in my flight

I Steven and welcome to the forum. Who told you the HBFP wasn't a good trainer?? They should hold their head in shame. You have made a great choice. Can't think of a better heli to start with. And adding K2 skids, you have done your homework well. If you have the patience then you will get there my friend. Keep us posted on your progress. We wanna hear all and some vids would be great

Here are my very first attempts at hovering. As you will see, once you are brave enough to lift her a few feet in the air, things get a little easier. Good luck

Hello all--- Jeff here and bee n trying to fly these creatures for about one year now...and I go out there when I am not in here repairing the little darlings and working on control and figure 8's and bank turns...repairs to flying time are still rather allusive as I can't seem to help myself from pushing my limits and that means - well all you guys know ... but the fixing part was more difficult than the piloting part for one like myself who is more interested in studying the life cycle of honeybees than understannding the concepte of the cyclic..but it is coming - slowly but surely...I look forward to all the info you folks have here on this most welcoming of forums and sharing the passion...

Oh, nice, start by quizzing him and putting him on the spot!

But if it's quizzes we are after, anyone spot the very slight change in Bugster's standard welcoming line?
