Hey guys, Just acquired another fusion 50 after a year without my original. Since I've primarily been flying a goblin and a protos and I've forgotten just how offensively loud these things are. If I give a fair amount of lash it gets better, but I have a clunking sound at about 3-4hz (3-4 clunks per second). Any tighter on the lash it get's just ear piercing loud and actually sends gear dust all over the frame. I'm sitting at about 1mm of play right now and I think that's about as good as it's going to get and should be ok with the CNC gear.

My question is, has anyone found any good gear lube to use that quiets it down?

Don't know if it's available in the US, but DryFluid Gear is awesome!
It's quite expensive, but it's worth the money. First thought was "vodoo magic"? But after some tests i canged my mind!!!
Sometimes you can drink a cup of coffee after you hit TH, waiting for the rotor spooling down if you put it on the bevel gears and auto-rotation gear

Ended up getting some mollykote. I still have a very very minor high frequency sound, almost like a dried bearing sound. But beyond that she is very quiet. Not offensive at all. Actually pleasurable
