When I try to lift off the heli spins very rapidly counter clockwise. When I look at the servo arm it is not straight down at center stick, it is forward a fair amount.I assume this si the reason. Can I adjust this servo? Trimming doesn't help at all. If I actually spin the blades enough to lift off the heli spins faster, super fast.

Thoughts, advise to fix?

I did notice the gear connected to the main gear was pretty warn down so I replaced it thinking this would help. It made no change.

You need to reverse your gyro

Fixed it!! I noticed the tail motor wasn't spinning as fast as I thought it should. So I put my finger on the tail blades to feel them spin and they stopped, but the rotor was still spinning. Seems the middle bar that the gear is attached to was not keeping up with the gear. Somi glued it.. Don't know if that isma major no-no but it works now.

This heli is pretty sensitive- I got the servo arms level. And it flys- sort of.

Reverse gyro? How to do that??
