Hyperion and voltz are ending up like this.
6 diffrent packs, its the charger.
It does sound like the charger is not working properly. I also have two 10's and a Powerlab. I have not used either 10s since having the Powerlab. Have you tried charging the packs on the Powerlab to see if they come up equal?

Doing good. Weather this season in the Pacific NW has been extreemly damp. Its raining today so I will probably be flying the mCPX in the backyard instead of my prefered weekend trip to the club field with the 600 electric.

The FMA chargers are usually quite good at not over charging any cells. The only time I've had that kind of issue is when there was an issue with one of my non-FMA parallel harnesses.

The most common cause of this kind of issue is the meter itself. There are a number of inexpensive cell checkers on the market that are known to be way off. I use a CellLog 8 which has proven to be quite acurate when compared against my Fluke. Since you are also checking with a Fluke, that does seem to point back to the charger, or the balance board.
Is that the FMA balance board you are using?

Here are a few more things to check/try in case you haven't already:
  • Leave the pack connected to the balance board and use the Fluke to check the cell voltage at the FMA connector. Start with pin 1 and 2, then 2 and 3, and so on. For cell 6, its pins 1 and 7 on the second connector.
  • Try a different adapter if you have one.
  • Try charging with the plug blocker and without the discharge leads connected. This will help test the adapter.
Report your results.

Where can I buy a Cellog 8?

There's two versions. The 8M which does cell voltage reporting and the 8S which also does logging. I bought the 8S because I wanted the logging. But the logging uses a 3rd party tool called Logview which I found to be not so user friendly. Not impossible to use, just not as easy to run as the FMA logging. If you are not interested in the logging and need a decent cell voltage checker, the 8M is a better choice.

So do you think hyperion sentry volt checkers are not accutate?

The first one I bought was off, so I exchanged it.

But this one seems ok. It does vary though.
just by unplugging and plugging in the same pack
it gives a diffrent reading

Well, here's the way I look at it. A decent multimeter that can acurately measure down to .001 with less than a %0.1 error will likely cost over $200. That's only a single meter/single channel. Compare this to a cell meter like the CellLog or any other that is supposedly giving the same results for 6 or 8 channels and costs 1 tenth the price. Honestly, I'm quite surprised the CellLog8 works as well as it does. But if it showed something different than one of my FMA chargers, I would suspect the meter, not the charger.

This happened last year. The CellLog was always showing cell #6 lower than the rest. I ran into Dave from Progressive at a fun fly and he tested the pack with his Fluke (which is much nicer than mine). Dave's Fluke agreed with the CellLog. My charger went back to FMA for service and now it agrees with the CellLog.

Moral of the story, be careful what you use a reference. I have no experience with the Hyperion. The voltage it should not be jumping around unless there is a lose wire or connector. Except for the normal voltage sag that happens right after you pull the pack from the charger. I think you said you have a Fluke. I would use that. Also, take your measurements at connector that goes into the charger. That way your test the FMA adapter as well. Those can age and the pins can loosen. So that might be contributing.

I got a reply to the original post I did, sounds like I need it serviced

Your right about the sentry, it is off. I guess it can function soley
to verify if I have full charge, or not charged.

But charge levels will be done with the fluke.
