Default Stretch kit 4S motor

What would you choose for a 4S stretch miniP if you're aiming at somewhere around 2700-2800 RPM tops with the possibility of lower headspeed? I know the MSH ESC can take pretty low throttle settings, but for the sake of optimization...

Scorpion HK-2221-2010 kV motor with a smaller pinion (MSH branded 2010kV) or
Scorpion HK-2221-1630 kV with a bigger pinion?

Using Mr.Mels head speed calculator with the Jazz/Jive governor which should be close to the YGE setup I get.

2010kv 14 tooth 4s:
60% - 2889 rpm
75% - 3160 rpm

1630 kv 14 tooth 4s:
85% - 2708 rpm
90% - 2782 rpm

1630 kv 15 tooth 4s:
75% - 2745 rpm
80% - 2823 rpm

1630 kv 16 tooth 4s:
65% - 2760 rpm
70% - 2844 rpm

1300kv 18 tooth 4s:
80% - 2703 rpm
85% - 2778 rpm

So I think the 1630kv with 15 tooth, will be a good starting point for what you are after, the kit 16 tooth will also work and allow you to go up in head speed if you want, which is probably what I will try to start with.

Thanks Dennis. Yes, that's what I thought, I'm just not entirely sure about the gear ratio effectiveness and power consumption. I'm way above 3000RPM in ESC's optimal settings with the stock motor, so I need to run it with quite low throttle curve to get there.
I'll try 1630kV on stock pinion and see what happens Maybe drop a tooth later for some low HS fun.
