Am I the only one having this issue, or are others getting the same thing? I can log in, but clicking on anything takes 3-5 minutes before that item or page loads. Same for adding anything to my cart.......it takes five minutes to update and allow me to move on shopping.

I'm 30 minutes in now and have only managed to get three items in my cart, and I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was. Shopping around and having to click multiple links would be impossible at this pace. I have a internet connection that is faster than 98% of the rest of the U.S. so its definitely not on my end. I know they are working hard to get things right, but this crazy slow site isn't much better than them being completely down.

EDIT: Been another 11 minutes just to choose a set of blades and place them in my cart.......2 clicks!

Yup, unusable for me now as well. When they first made the transition to the new site I had no trouble navigating the site or delays in pages opening with Firefox, Safari or Chrome on my iMac, or any IOS device. Now, it's just as you describe. I tried to log on 5 minutes ago from my desk top and iPhone 6 and they are still spinning away!

I finally finished placing my order 45 minutes or so after logging in. This was more painful than the incident that required me to buy the parts in the first place. Im using Chrome as well, and it was never like this when the new site first came online. I guess I just picked a terrible day to actually need something

UPDATE:

It appears they have made great progress at getting the site back to where it should be since my last post. I just placed another order ten days later and things went fast and smooth the way I have been used to for years now.

I don't know, Placed order fri, 2/13 , took forever to checkout, stuck in loop of cart, checkout, etc. Finally was able to pay. Even included the xtra $4 for expedited processing and shows, still "Processing Printout"? Was hoping it would have been shipped on sat but whatever,
Purchased few items for my new build from forums fri and sat, All expected tues, except my HD order.
Not sure if it is their processing , or getting overwhelmed with orders.
Hopefully all straightens out soon.
