Default Help with Align Flybarless Swash Driver

I'm in the process of building up a 450 sport as my first flybarless heli. I'm going to use the Mini v-bar and based on the abundant supply of parts decided to build up the Align 450 3G head from separate parts. When assembling the head I discovered that if you tighten the Align flybarless swash drive enough to lock it to the shaft the swash starts to bind. I even put a dab of loctite on the shaft before sliding the swash driver and took care not to over tighten the locking screw. I've tried adding spacers, etc. and nothing seems to remove the binding...

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you fix it?
