Default X50 build question

hey guys I have two questions.
I used YS56 engine and seems like my cluch is not all the way in the cluch bell.
Is this ok?
Also it seems like the main Gear is not sitting centered with the pinion gear. It is sitting way too low.

Did i set up something wrong or this is normal?

Looks like the lower bearing is missing or something! is the bolt spacing Asymetrical fore and aft? in that pic it looks like the starter shaft is not even in alignment with the mainshaft!

I have gone over it over and over again and everything is per manual.
Flys just fine. So I guess it's all good.

i am thinking to add couple of washers on the top of the spacer that goes under the mail gear on main shaft. This would raise the main gear up.
I dont know what else i can do.

The main gear and main shaft appears to be fine. They look proper in the picture. It's the pinion gear and clutch bell that looks as crooked as the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The engine shaft, should be perfectly vertical and not leaning forward. The fan hub and fan should be perfectly level, the clutch should be level, and the clutch bell should be level and the pinion should be vertical.. not leaning.

Please look at your picture - the main gear is the only thing that looks proper. Re-evaluate your engine/fan/clutch/clutch bell installation. There is a problem there. Your main shaft looks to be vertical (not leaning) and the main gear appears to be level and in about the right place. Correct the engine/fan/clutch/pinion installation and I think you'll find the main gear will be lined up properly with the pinion and does not need to be raised.

I've never owned a YS engine, but I understand that they are a bit bulkier than the O.S. 50 Hyper Did you have any issues getting the YS to install properly?
