nice to see you guys back, but your new site wont log me in for some reason.
I'll try again tomorrow, hopefully you'll get the bugs worked out soon.

I can't log me in too, and If I send a password recovery the web don't send the mail with the new password.

Im still having problems signing in. The password reset doesn't even send the reset password. When will this be fixed. I need to buy something soon. going through withdrawals...

I've experienced the same thing. I was always able to click the google account icon and it would ask me to log in with that info, but I see that's no longer there. I did find a google icon when trying to sign up but it came up with an error.

However, when I tried to log in using my gmail account, it said I had the wrong password. So I went though the password recovery, got the email, but when I click on the link, I get a 404 Not Found 1 page loads and says the following:

What can you do?

I haven't been able to login in more than a week. Website is slow and much of the text is formatted oddly. Its a mess.

Yeah I posted on Facebook, HD got back to me with a new password via email. Seems to be working okay now (haven't tried an order).

In this moment the login is perfect and the new website is fast, I lost the "Additional Address Entries"

it seemed to be working but i've got an order that went to "complete" about a week ago never marked as shipped, now I can't even log in again.. what the heck is going on?

after getting the no replys by email and getting the run around over the phone, I think Im done with Helidirect... Customer service and thier "quick shipping" has gone downhill.

If I click on "My Account" and then click on the google icon, I get the following message:

GET to /openid.php not supported.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I've tried clearing cache and cookies, but still get that message.

Take away the "S" on "HTTPS" in the URL. See if that helps.

I don't see any "s" to remove. I go to www.helidirect.com, I click on account, and then click on the goolge icon, and there's nothing that loads that has the https in it.
