Assuming you have it set correctly and do not have any hot starts/chicken dances that would rapidly deteriorate the liner, it can last quite awhile.

I recall putting 300+ Flights on my 600N before I ever though of changing the liner. This is on the order of 30 gallons of fuel.

One-way bearing HF1216 (Φ12xΦ18x16mm)

Here’s the deal on bearings including one-way, more often manufactures use the most inexpensive bearing for the application and still obtain reasonable mean time between failure (MTBF). Always use a bearing that has a stated spec of at least ABEC-3. If it doesn't specify a ABEC rating, it's likely a lower tolerance spec ABEC-1. Most likely the cause of your bearing locking up.

Bearings are manufactured in bulk then sorted by tolerance and assigned a tolerance ABEC spec. The price goes up if the bearing meets the higher ABEC spec.

Thanks for the info! I checked out both Lynx and KDE sites and they don't show what the spec is on their bearings.
