Default TX throws to high for Vbar

Not sure if this is an issue or just me not paying attention to previous setups.
When doing a new setup on a mini Vbar I noticed that all my throws show up as 117% when at full stick limits. Should I reduce the Max Neg and Max Pos in the Servo Setup menu to bring the Vbar values back to 100%? To do this indeed to reduce the max/min values to 90%?
I'm sure there was a Vbar setup thread somewhere in the Jeti sub forum but I can't find it.

Yes, my first step in setting up the Vbar is to add small offsets to zero controls and then adjust travel volumes to exactly match 100% on the transmitter screen. As has been said, typically around +/-90% on Jeti.

As mentioned previously, standard vbar setup procedure is to zero mid sticks via substrim so that centre sticks read zero in vbar. To do this you may need to setup temporary flat throttle and pitch curves at zero.

Then after that undo the throttle and pitch curves back to linear, and adjust end points so that stick ends read -100 to 100 in vbar.

Just finished 2 vbar setups and they sit around -4 to -5 subtrim, and around 89-90% end points to achieve the above.

Switching over from Spektrum, then Futaba sbus then jeti ppm was a breeze in vbar. You only need to do the above (after ensure channels are mapped correctly) then ensure Gov1 page has the appropriate channel input an output.

Then you're good to go!
