Default Rubber bands or screws?

My kit can be done up to hold the wing on with rubber bands or screws. Which would be best? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

Thanks

When you crash rubber bands give and lessen the damage. Also the rubber bands make it quick and easy to disassemble. None of my planes use this though. All my stuff gets flown hard and aggressively. I even push my stock champ pretty hard LOL. I am sure the bands would give to the G's if you fly sport or in winds as I do.

If it's a nitro bird, they you'll probably have to replace the rubber bands after each flying session if they get glow fuel on them. If it's an electric bird, you can reuse them many times.

Depending on the design, the rubber bands can allow the wing to come unseated during high g-maneuvers making things exciting!
