Default Smooth, i & P Gain Tuning?

Hey K Reps,
Can we get a breakdown of tuning methods for these parameters in Jive tuning.
I know most set mode 4 or 11 and leave it but for those wanting to maximize gov performance what are the tuning steps we should take?
Adjust which parameter first, what to look for kind of thing.

Also a run down on Kosmik tuning would be nice too, mostly in regards to Ri Comp.

I had an issue with my 650-103 where it was throwing huge vertical vibrations, but only when governed.

When I modified those values I was able to get the vertical vibrations down to normal levels and my heli is flying beautifully.
