Default Part deux

With considerable stick time (and two crashes) on my TRex 450 with the SK360, I've ordered a second one today. Next up is a Miniature Aircraft USA Razor 600e.

This one is more challenging because I am using an FMA Direct Copilot (CPD4) on it. I don't want to give up the copilot.

I may need to get Art involved to make it work.

Default No to IRCHA. Yes to hooked

I can't make IRCHA this year. I wish I could be there for the photo. I hope somebody posts it.

Yes I do like me some SK360s. It is a great unit. One of the best features is having the designers ear.

I never formally tested the efficiency gain from going flybarless but...
I used to fly my 450 for 5 minutes and put back about 1500 MAH (2200 MAH packs). With no other change than to go flybarless*, I started flying 6 minutes and put back about 1200 MAH.

Power efficiency is my main goal for changing the Razor over. This heli is probably going to be used as a FPV (First Person View) platform. That is why I want to keep the copilot on there.

*This is a big change of course. However, I did not change the power systems or gearing.

What I love is that we can get the same performance with our flybarless machine at 1980 HS as our flybar machine at 2200 HS.
