Default Thoughts on why my HP 700ab died?
The one I floated the dc ground on worked for 3 months great. 2 in series fyi. Yesterday it clicked rapidly for 10 sec then now nothing.

Do you have good luck with used PS' s or is it kind of a gamble. I know tons of people do it. Do you just have a spare set up?

I've had a bunch of frustrating hang ups this year and am getting discouraged. Spektrum signal loss, crash, mystery extreme vibes, now this

I've only had 2 used server supplies, but they've been reliable. I don't have a proactive spare setup. If one failed, I'd probably limp along with the other, while getting a replacement.

Ok, just wondering if they die often or did something I did screw it up by floating the dc ground. Make them less stable?

I'll run just the one to get by, can only do 2c
