Default Crazy Vibration in the TZ-V2

Hello fellow chopper pilots.
I bought a TZ-V2 for my son, we put it together, flew it, and it flew very well. Unfortunatley it came to grief due to a bad auto.
So i bought another one and put it together and it had a really bad tail vibration. ( Vibrated vertically to the point where it would of shaken to pieces). I bought a dial indicator for $100 and checked the fan hub runout. It was out a mile or two so i replaced it with a Gohbee fan and hub. It still vibrated just the same.
Then i replaced the entire tail assembly with a Gohbee metal unit. It still vibrated.
Then i replaced the main gear because that was out a couple of miles as well. Still had the same vibration.
So i checked the runout on the belt drive gear and guess what, that was out so bad that the belt was moving up and down about 3mm.
So i replaced that with a Raptor Gear. Yet it still vibrated just the same. By this stage i was beginning to pull my hair out but i wasnt going to let this beat me.
Obviously i had checked blade balance and all the other obvious.
Ok, what do i do now. I decided to take the head apart as the unit comes preassembled and i found that whoever put it together had left out the two internal washers in the one of the blade grips. I replaced these with spares from the first TZ and now it flys as smooth as silk.
Hope this post may help someone else in the same boat.

Cheers Fellas

Wow sorry to hear about your solving the issue the hard way. Im sure you found there was no threadlock on the screws either, if not do it too!
I wish they made this kit as a "kit".
