To All Who See These Postings:

I just wanted to say THANKS to everyone who has contributed ideas, tips, warnings, suggestions, and “war stories” about the Shogun/Zoom/Dolphin/Micro Star/(and the like). I bought my Shogun in December and took my time finishing it, which included adding some after-market improvements to avoid common problems I found on the boards. I thoroughly enjoyed finishing it, and now I’m enjoying learning to fly the micro-beast and having a blast!

A few things to emphasize for any newbies:
- Gotta train on a simulator first! It’ll save $$$, time, and grief (less pain & woe, which means MORE FUN!)
- Study the boards and a good model heli book, and take your time to get things right (and KNOW you’re right).
- Don’t get cocky! When you’ve got that beauty in the air, and the fun has got you drunk with delight, that’s when the temptation to try something you’re not ready for is hardest to resist--and it will bite you! (Hasn’t happened to me YET, but that demon is always lurking over my shoulder.)
