I'm building my first FPV quad (Flip FPV to be precise) over the next few weeks and have been busy trying to learn all I can about the do's and don'ts and what products to steer clear of. I've been all over this forum and RCGroups doing my research and was impressed with one gents (AlaskaRuzz to be precise) comments on the Eagle Tree FC system they apparently just released. I've read about some fly away issues with the Nazas, and possibly some with other FC's, but I really like this Eagle Tree setup. I'm actually not too worried about an OSD setup as I'll be using the Flip with a set of Fatshark HD goggles in a couple of months hopefully, despite the apparent FAA ban on FPV flying. I am fairly new to R/C flying and have progressed from a Nano QX, up to the 350QX and a new DX6 TX with pretty good success in the last 4 months. Only had one crash with the 350 and that was due to an obvious RF hit/glitch that happened in some FFF and am positive it wasnt anything I did as the pilot. So I guess what I'm asking, are there a good amount of these new FC's out in quads yet and are the fliers happy with them? Being new, I'm at a toss up between a Naza M V2 with GPS or an Eagle FC. Not looking for any crazy stunt modes and am just interested in some nice smooth FPV flying while I learn more about all these different aspects of this hobby. Planning on using some Sunnysky 2212-980kv's, Luminier simonk30A ESC,s, probably some HQ props, either a distro board, or one of the Eagle tree harnesses, my DX6 and the included AR610 RX that came with it. Any advice and or help would certainly be appreciated at this time before I start ordering. Gee, maybe an Eagle Tree Rep will see this and want to send me one to use and promote the hell out of this product when I see how easy to setup and how well it flies. Hey, a guy can hope I spose.

Ooook, guess no one has any advice/opinions on this FC. Guess I'll look elsewhere.
