Default Tail drift

I've done my maidden flight yesterday : woo ! What a big bird ! Very impressive, I'm very satisfied !
But (there's alsways one...): I experiment a tail drift + quick tail motions. So I've reduced my gain, but there was still the drift, whereas tail wag was lower (synonym to too low gain). Eventually with a middle gain value: still drift, less wag.
To make it short: I could not find a gain value to get a rock solid tail, and above all to get rid off this very bad tail drift.

My Vbar does not monitor high vibration value.
But I wonder if my gyro sensor location is OK: I've set it on the little horizontal plate at the rear botton, close to tail braces attachments.

And what about the sensor mounting ? I've put it on an metal plate larger than the sensor base, not directly on the carbon plate (so that the surface for glueing is large enough, compared to direct fix on carbon which has large holes).
May be the sensor need to be hardly mounted (with only the thin Mikado tape) ?

In addition, I am very new to Vbar. So I don't know a lot about its tuning...

What do you think ?

Congrats to the maiden. The xxtreme is so smooth in the air and I strive to fly it at least once a month .... Gotta fly my others too.

Just to keep you informed: I've solved my tail drift issue by moving my V-Bar sensor to another place. I've tried several places, and the one that gets me satisfaction is under the plate which is between the motor and the ESC
