Default MicroHeli contact help

Hello I'm not sure this will help but I'm trying to get in touch with MicroHeli support with no luck. Any Ideas?

Hi,

Previously, I bought Derin main gear & pinion for upgrading my Trex 700LE. After screwing in the pinion on the clutch bell, I found the center line of pinion was not centered with the clutch bell center line. I contacted Microheli via email for a few times send them pictures with full explaination, they recognized the issue and finally asked me to send the pinion to them which I did not want because I am currently in Burnei. I told them that it does not make sense to send the pinion to them because it is the defect one and cost me more money to send to them. They just ignore everything...

At last, I have to buy a new Align pinion which is perfect alignment.

So, above is my comment. Microheli is SUCK, such support brings Microheli to nowhere. I never buy anything from them and I will tell all of my RC heli friends about the story.

Cheers,

I have been waiting for parts from microheli for 2 months. Every time I contact support they tell me 3 to 5 days I will have my parts. I will never order from them again. There support can't even speak english.
