Oh geeze,,, not another damn project!
Like I need another damn one,,,
Actually, I have been thinking about this for awhile now. Living next to these mountains there is a deep desire in me to get some of these mountain vids that I keep seeing. The Hexa is nice, but it will never get me the range I want, due to consumption. So, to add to my fleet, I just purchased this; http://www.readymaderc.com/store/ind...oducts_id=1072 Seems I have a brand new spare EZuhf diversity receiver and a brand new 100a spare sensor for the osd, plus a spare camera I took off my Hexa. Not a whole lot extra is needed. I've mounted my osd with Velcro so transferring it will be a breeze. Seems like for the first time in over 10 years I'm going to own a plane! What do you think Luke, should we give her a name? I'd hate to confuse people here thinking I've stuck a propeller and a camera on our good friend Penguin.

First of all, welcome to the simple world, where you can spend more time flying and less time building!
Now, a name.... I am a Englishman living in Wales, and when I moved here just over 10 years ago, I had a lot of trouble understanding the accent and the names, which are totally different. I actually met my next door neighbour for the first time while I was up a ladder do some work on the house.....and for the life of me, with the wind and her accent, I couldn't make out her name. I was convinced she kept saying her name was Penguin....and after 3 attempts at understanding it, I got embarrassed about asking again and just smiled and accepted it. It turns out her name is Buddug (pronounced as Beathig!!?), which is the Welsh version of Bodecea. All very unusual.....but to cut a short story long ( ) I think we should call your plane either Buddig, Beathig or Bodecea!

There's no hope for you Tom. Hopefully you'll do us a little build thread, and post up some of the vids when complete.
Cheers Sutty

Do you think the manufacturer has a sense of humour, or just not very smart? Naming a 'plane after a bird that can't fly
Tom, I hope for your sake it's not an indication of the flight characteristics of the finished model
