I am getting a intermittent chatter that seems to be coming from the main gear area. The main gear can be wiggled and there is some up-down play between the one-way sleeve and the gear. The washer is between the main gear and tail pulley. I plan on adding another washer on top of the main gear between the sleeve. Has anyone had to do this before?

I have ordered some washers and will remove the play and see if the sounds goes away. It is pretty consistent in pirouettes and maneuvers that load the head. It is not the play that can be removed by adjusting the main shaft collar!

What ESC are you using? I had a similar issue on mine using a CC ESC. Governor gain was set too high.

I have the CC HV 80 ESC and changing the governor gain from 25 to 15 took care of the noise.
