Default physically combining two identical ESCs

I have already invested in one YEP120HV esc and my thought was to buy another and combine the two, (similar to a YGE320 appears to be) instead of taking a loss on selling the one i have or just buying one larger ESC and keeping the current one for a future project. As my skill level and overall interest in this hobby grows, so do the needs for a more powerful brushless motor and esc combo. Unfortunately, my income isn't growing at nearly the same rate, so just toying with the idea to save a few bux. The YGE320 seems to be a perfect example of my idea in practice,at a glance(don't have a YGE160 to compare individual components). I have a better than average working knowledge of how most of the components work and the tools, time, and electronics needed, I would think, to pull this off. What i don't have is endless funds to keep upgrading ESCs. Just wondering if a fellow Freak has tried this or if someone out there with a better grasp on what is actually involved could talk me out of trying to blow up the one good ESC I do have. Any input on this matter will be much appreciated, Thanks!
