I finally did it. All works great except I can't limit the throws on the servos to avoid mechanically binding them. I am still researching this but so far I found no answers that actually work.
I used DS76 and DS76TJ to which I changed the wires and reversed the tail servo and one of the cyclic servos. I easily loaded the 180cfx firmware to the AR6335 and achieved a level swash plate and 12 degrees of pitch. Limiting the servo movement is the last step before maiden if you guys can help me.

Well I gave up on the AR6335 quest.
I bought a uBrain and to tell you the truth it is fantastic compared to AR6335. I don't know why they (MSH) pitch it for the 180?! 180 is already very heavy with the AR6335. A uBrain would make it even worse but on the 250 is perfect. My 250 is now 285g ready to fly. Sweeeet!
