Let me give you 1 example: I smoked from the early age of 12 to the ripe age of 48 at an average of 25 sigs a day.Overhere a packet of 25 costs ,lets take an average of 2.5 Eur or 3.75$ or 1.7£. That means I blew away 32.850 Euro or 49.275$ or 22.000£ . That means I smoked a complete Audi A6 with all the trimmings That means also that my lungs are completly black . So I stopped and got me a heli (and if this hobby continiuos I wil have blown away another A6 in 40 years on the heli hobby but my lungs would be clear )

Not offended you silly chap just continuing the jesting
I went to bed thats all. Any way Cigarettes cost over £5.00 a packet here now so that's an awfull lot of money whereas mushrooms are free and have the added advantage that you can fly ( you really can though, it's not just a delusion) Your dad is right though Jonny beer and fags can seriously harm your body, drugs can very easily destroy your brain and sanity as well. I too have quite a few dead friends from it and that is really awfull. Got to go and buy a kitchen now boring..... see ya

Yep, we know far more now about the effects of drugs, fags, etc. It ain't worth it. Life is too short as it is to blow away.....[Never smoked, never done drugs, but like an ale or so!!]

Smoking tobacco doesn't even make you high so I dont know why people do it.
I know it get's you addicted but it is strage that people are gagging for a fag when it doesn't even do anything lol... I tried a fag to see what it is like but it didn't get me addicted. I have tried it a few times. I actually try smoking 25 fags a day to get myself addicted but I still am not Just kidding. But seriously I have tried it more than once and it is horrible. WTF -Jonny

That's the best thing about America Jonny, everyone is welcome here and the opportunity here is only limited by how hard you want to work.

The best part is slowly opening your eyes and not knowing where the hell you are, and who that is next to you.
The worst one was prying open my eyes and slowly realizing that I was looking at cell bars. I lost several friends to drug use and drunken driving. Most though, were lost in Viet Nam. There were 879 kids in my high school graduating class, at the 5 year reunion we discovered that 63 were killed in that awful war. Enough old fart melancholy, on with the party!

Um.drugs are bad, mmmmkay I'm not your dad Johnny but I have done my share of drugs and his share and their share and I think Ian must have done some of my share too! Don't get mixed up in drugs as the rest of these guys I also have dead friends(4 of them) from drugs and I am only 31. Though I do not oppose the reefer but I say wait till you are 18!

Dont worry HY you dont need to advise me on anything. I hate stuff like that. Only thing I do on rare occasions is drink.
Soz about your mates. My dad has had quite a few of his mates die because of it too. I think my dad is lucky he came off drugs quite easily and same for you lot. He could have ended up like Amy Winehouse lol. -Jonny

A brilliant carrying case for a million times less than the real thing. The price on helicopter cases are rediculous. -Jonny

I lied!!!
My mother comes into the bedroom this morning. I ask "What's the weather like" She said sunny and very still! I thought ok finally I get the chance to take the Trex 500 to the field. I was very excited. (Remember I rarley get the chance to go to the field)
So after breakfast she drove me to the field I took out the trex 500 got it all ready and then spooled up. Everthing was well and I really enjoyed flying it. I hovered it and turned it side in and when forward a tiny bit. I didn't want to go full out and try big figure 8's etc. Oh btw the wind was quite strong in the field but it wasn't too bad. Anyway, time was up and it was time to fly the belt cp I went back to the car and got it. Set it down on the floor after turning it on and spooled up. The tail was out of trim because I had just put new tail blades on so I just used the trim to get it right just for that flight. Anyway lets cut to the chase. I thought I was better than I actually am. But when it came to it is was shit! I couldn't even pull off figure 8's. It was more like a high hover and every now and again a bit of side in ff. Also, I would be about 15ft in the air and then it would just drop. So anyway, basically, what I thought I could do I actually can't lol. I was really disapointed with my flying. I can't imaging getting the confidence to do distant flying. I feel like the heli is going to get lost into the distance and I don't think I will be able to get it back. I don't know if it is because I am short sighted or what. I would rather do close 3D flying like the pro's unfortunatly I need to conquor FF circuits and fgure 8's first. Now I realise that I need to get to the field as many times as I can because I am getting such little field time I'm not getting confidence and experience. On a good note. I found the trex 500 much easier to fly than the belt cp. I had only hovered the trex in the garden before now and I must say it is soo much easier to fly. It was soo steady and I felt like it was a lot more in sync with my hand controls. I could control the trex 500 more precise to where I wanted it. I feel like it is a battle to fly the belt cp and it is setup properly! I think it needs a more power full motor. The stock motor bogs when it looses altitude and it strugles to gain the altitude back quickly. At one point it touched the floor. Anyway, just to let you know that I am still a noob flyer Im in no rush however because im only 16 and I am going to be flying for a long time. (Ok, maybe I am in a bit of a rush) -Jonny
