Default Update

My Gaui X4 , after some crash , is now fixed up and looking new.
The stock motor gave way on me, it is now flying with Kontronik Pyro 600-11 with 22T pinion.
The X4 head flys very well, looks just right with this frame.

Angry X4

I am right now trying to price one of these out. I want it BAD.

I just talked to one of the pitchup guys (yes they speak english) also you can translate the page with google translate.

The PROBLEM is they want $666.00 PLUS $40-60 to ship.

I just emailed Empire Hobbies and asked when the x4 will be available and they said the conversion kit would be in in "a couple weeks or so"

So with the conversion kit, could a person just convert an 425? what about the CF frames? I need help. I NEED an X4...

666 lol

Go with what I said, or if you want one like mine and the pitchups
you need a 425cf frame

That route is easiest with a 425 basic kit, for parts gears, skids
Get a 425 cf frame, a torque tube tail, 504 motor, esc
Your looking at around 600$

I built mine for 300, no servos or electronics
hobbylobby had the cf frames for 50 bucks
not possible anymore unless you find some killer deals
I got my servos at helidirect torq bl servos all for 200 including the tail

You could just get the 425 fes kit from allerc and buy the x4 head

You know empire and allerc sould hook me up, I've had 4 people ask about my 425
and I sent them there way, and they all built one like mine. That's a good amount of business I made them.

I appreciate your help. I am getting the ball rolling on this. I have a build sheet and I am going to start a post for my build. I can't find a frame exactly like the one on pitchup's site. I also found out, there are 2 different carbon frames on the Gaui website (3 if you count the 550 one) There are alot of different options to go with. I want it all Gaui parts and to be perfect. I'll let you know when I start my post for my dream heli

Default My Stretch Gaui X4

Thanks to Pang (LHS) for videoing and also for the Torsion Blades 500mm Carbon
Love the way the this blade transform the Gaui X4, and the white blade looks really nice in spinning in the sky.
