Default Knocking the rust off!

Well weather was good enough today so I put 4 packs through the 500 3D just hovering and putzing around.

Some flips and tight circuits, nose in hover practice etc. Was nice to finally fly the real thing after a winter of sim time & micros.

This bird doesn't get much air time in the summer because I'm mostly flying the 600 & 700.

The FB bird is good thumb practice!

Nice! These 500's are hard to beat. Love my 500X. Smooth flyers & nimble.
Having trouble finding a non-windy day lately to fly it.
Built a Goblin, and been getting it tuned and ready for the season.

Aah, that stinks, but like you say.. It'll be back flying soon.
Nice thing about a 500X! You can usually be back in the air same day if you have the parts.

Wow! One state below you here. Warm, but windy as all get out lately..
Anxious for the season to kick in..

Polished off one batteries worth this evening before dark. Felt good to blaze across the sky before sundown with the 500 X! Looking to drain a couple more batteries tomorrow if the weather holds

That's OK! Just fly your nano CPX and Phoenix 5 in the house to make the time pass faster, LOL

+1 That's exactly what I've been doing all winter!

I'm kind of having "Big Bird" withdrawal!
