Default Stuck ? OWB shaft

I'm trying to change my OWB from the 19 to 20t version and seem "stuck".

I have the motor removed.

I have the two screws removed from the upper gear (42 T) and it spins on the shaft.

I have the lower "bolt" removed the bottom of the OWB shaft.

It seems like this shaft should push down and out of the heli, but it does not seem to move. I've done some light taping on the shaft end at the top, but nothing is happening.

Suggestions needed.

...Take a 5mm pin punch or old 450 main shaft and tap the OWB shaft down..no need to remove the bottom bolt...If it is stuck too bad, get a bigger hammer!PT

PT thanks again. The 450 shaft and hammer did the trick.

PT: I replaced the "metal shaft" with new along with the 20t new OWB. When I removed the old 19t, some of the small "pins" fell out of it. It has gone to the trash but I have saved the main shaft part. There is some visual marking but nothing I can "feel". Is there some reason I should not save these for re-use?

Yep...the cage holding those bearing pins is usually what breaks...I save mine that I take out and use some purple Scotch -brite along the length of the shaft so they can be used again
if nothing else is available...
