Default P and I-gain governor settings for E360 with stock ACE 50A ESC?

Any suggestions for P and I-gain governor settings for an E360 with stock ACE 50A ESC and stock motor/pinion? I was thrilled to see the YEP programming card (ProgCard II) work with the ESC this weekend. Set Gov Store, did the 100% throttle calibration and set 80% and 85% IU flat curves. MrMel's calculator showing the target head-speeds with 30C battery to be 3014 and 3097 RPM, respectively.

I've been running the E360 ungoverned at 85% and 90% flat curves for the last 170 flights, so curious to see how the governor does.

Active Freewheeling was shown to be on. What was really curious was the current motor timing setting - 6 degrees. The E360 ESC set-up video from ThunderTiger shows the setting to be actually 12 degrees - I reset mine. If this is truly a YEP ESC, then it's really curious as they say 18 degrees minimum for out-runners. I always thought that the stock E360 motor seemed a little slow - maybe the 6-degree setting is why.
